Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! Discounts are applied based on rental length:
— 5% off – 3 days
— 10% off – 7 days
— 15% off – 15 days
— 20% off – 30 days
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
A 10% Virginia sales tax applies. Discounts are applied before tax.
How many miles are included with the rental?
All rentals include unlimited miles.
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
There are no additional mileage charges.
What are your standard business hours?
Office hours are 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return are available during office hours.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, with advance notice.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
- Within 25 miles: $50 for rentals under 1 week; free for rentals 1 week or longer
- Over 25 miles: Available on a case-by-case basis
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes, deliveries must be arranged during office hours with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
— Young Driver Fee (ages 21–24): $200 (approval required)
— Prepaid Gas: $55
— Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
— Late Fee: $25 per day
— Retrieval Fee: $100
Do you offer additional equipment or services?
No, not at this time.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
An additional driver may be added for $35, with proper license and approval.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
🚭 Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Evidence of smoking will result in a $350 cleaning fee.
Please don’t attempt to cover up odors with fragrances—non-smokers can still detect it, and fees will apply.
Are pets allowed in the vehicles?
🐶 While we love animals, pets are not allowed in rentals. Please keep your furry friends at home.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. EZ Pass is available with an additional $200 refundable deposit. Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and parking violations during the rental.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning fees are based on the condition of the vehicle at return:
Moderate Cleaning – $50 (mud, sand, small spills, etc.)
Heavy Cleaning – $100 (stains, strong odors, etc.)
Severe Cleaning – $150 (full detailing or steam cleaning required)
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Multiple Cleaning Issues – $250Vehicles must be returned in the same clean condition provided.
Standard Cleaning – Included
Excessive Dirt / Odors – $350 cleaning fee
Beach Sand / Sunscreen Residue – $250 (detailing required)
